Highly experienced in the financial industry, Mumbi’s diverse experience in both the front, middle and back office gives an edge in developing and implementing CX strategies underpinned by a truly human element. Mumbi is also a well-known speaker on the subject of Customer Experience. She is passionate about growing the customer experience profession in Africa and collaborating with businesses to create systemic and sustainable business models that focus on the customer.

After spending nearly a decade working within the different touch points of customer service, she has become passionate about customer service excellence and thrives in a diverse meritocracy that demands excellence, initiative and courage. She possesses skills in Business Administration, Client Relationship, Risk and Project Management which will, as a foundation of digitization, take your organization to new heights. She is bilingual, having travelled widely and having worked in French speaking countries. Her experience in managing multiple parallel work streams, setting priorities on accelerated time-lines has taught her to work independently, as well as to supervise, develop and consolidate her expertise in strategy implementation with specific aims to evaluate critically your strategy and organizational context and nature of your project to regenerate her value to fit your vision.
Caroline understands what drives sold-out launches as well as strategic coverage in print and broadcast outlets around Kenya. In addition to her extensive customer service, project implementation and PR experience, Caroline Loves the Lord.
Caroline holds a BA in Business Administration and is currently studying towards her MBA. She is a member of the Association of Business executives – UK, as well as the Institute of Customer Experience – Kenya.
